Associate Member - Medical Student Educator

Associate Members may also include medical student educators in departments or divisions of ophthalmology in medical schools in the United States and Canada and in other institutions sponsoring ophthalmology residency training program accredited by the ACGME. A medical student educator as defined herein coordinates and promotes medical student education in the field of ophthalmology in his or her division or department of ophthalmology.

Any Associate Member who ceases to be qualified as noted above shall automatically cease to be an Associate Member.
