Associate Member - Research Director

Associate Members may also include research directors in departments or divisions of ophthalmology in medical schools in the United States and Canada and in other institutions sponsoring ophthalmology residency training programs accredited by the ACGME. A research director as defined herein coordinates and promotes research in the broad field of vision science in his or her division or department of ophthalmology.

Any Associate Member who ceases to be qualified as noted above shall automatically cease to be an Associate Member.
